That is a blatant lie...
First off, the default installation of Wordpress is not SEO optimized, and you actually have to install a number of module add-ons to even get it to format the correct linking to be optimized for the site. Second, WP will only ping the blog posts, and the titles of those blog posts. Then you have to deal with what if you have an indepth site? It becomes an issue to integrate all of the pages in Wordpress.
Search engine optimization relies on one thing, knowledge. If you are a professional developer, or webmaster you have the knowledge to draw upon to program your site from the ground up, taking advantage of proper formatting tags, and utilizing quality keyword link backs, to bring your web sites relevance up in regards to the sites subject matter.
Never trust a person calling themselves a specialist.
There is no such thing, it is a made up title to make money from misinformed people trying to get traffic to their site. If you are a knowledgeable webmaster, search engine optimization is just one of the tools you use to build a successful site. A 'Search Engine Specialist' is just someone willing to line their pockets with your money, in an area where they do not need to claim responsibility if they fail, or worse, get your site banned from the search engines for black hat practices.
